We do not make any representation to the reputation or the quality of the breeders listed here. We have not checked out the conditions or the reputations of the breeders who have been listed here on our site. We are here to provide an avenue for dog breeders and puppy buyers to meet. All transaction and discussions must take place between the buyer and the seller.
Qualifications for Advertising with Breeders Direct LLC www.yorkiebreedersdirect.com
1. Must have website and website must include telephone number, email address that can be verified.
2. Must accept paypal, credit cards, or bank wires for payment.
3. All puppies sold from this website must be AKC, CKC, or APRI, APR, or NKC registered limited or full.
4. All breeders must sell Purebred Yorkshire Terrier Puppies.
Sorry, no mixed breeds allowed.
5. We do not list for brokers or pet stores. You must be the breeder to the puppies you are selling.
6. Please do not apply to list if you are a puppymill. No puppymills allowed.
7. All breeders must act always in professional manner with customers.
8. Must be at least 18 years old to list on our website.
9. No breeder allowed that have been banned by any registry at any time.
10. Featured Breeder Ads must have photos.
Protect Yourself
To Puppy Buyers: We request that you thoroughly check out all conditions and guarantees before you make a purchase of a puppy. Ask for references from previous puppy buyers or their veterinarian. A reputable breeder will thoroughly screen potential buyers.
Breeders: Screen your puppy buyers. Ask for references, driver license number, phone number, addresses, length of employment etc...
Both Parties: SIGN A CONTRACT! There will then be no misunderstandings between the parties if there is a written agreement signed by both parties. We have provided sample contracts at EDUCATION, which can be copied and alter to fit your personal circumstances.
Puppy Escrow
Protecting buyers and seller from fraud. Sign up is free, minimal escrow fee based on purchase price which buyer or sell can pay or share. Buyers receive and inspect the pet before the Seller is paid. Sellers receive their money if the Buyer accepts the pet.
Unethical Breeders
We do not broker puppies for sale. We provide an opportunity for those who are looking for a new puppy to interact with those who have puppies or dogs for sale by posting of classified ads. We do not get involved in the transaction between buyer and seller.
We will not accept advertising from known puppy mills. If you know that a breeder listed on our site is a proven puppy mill, please send written proof of this and we will investigate the breeder and we may remove the advertisement from the site immediately based on our investigation.

We Reserve the Right
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any advertisement submitted to our site. We reserve the right to cancel any advertisement during the course of the ad based on information presented to us. If we feel the practices of the breeder/kennel are unfit or are in question the ad may be cancelled, temporarily removed or not posted.

Breed Information that is provided about the different dog breeds has been obtain from various publications. What is provided is a general description of the breed. To learn more about the standard set by breed organizations around the world, please click on the links that are provided to the AKC (American Kennel Club), FCI (Fédération Cynologique Internationale), CKC (Canadian Kennel Club), UKC (United Kennel Club) and KC (Kennel Club of Great Britain). Even though we have research the breeds to the best of our ability we can not guarantee that all the statements made are 100% correct. Please talk to the breeders of each breed as they can tell you exactly what the temperament, size and colors their puppies are.

If you buy credits and then decide you do not want to use them you can receive refund but, after we have placed ad they are none refundable.
All breeder will be sent an email once their ad is coming up for renewal.
If you wish to renew your ad with Yorkie Breeder Direct it is the breeder sole responsibility to contact Yorkie Breeder Direct before the ad has reached expiration.
Once the ad has reached expiration the ad will be removed from the website.
After payment has been made and you have agreed to the qualifications listed above and Yorkie Breeder Direct find any contradictions to these qualifications all payment are non-refundable and your ad will be removed at once.
